Privacy policy

Short version: we do not use cookies, analytics, advertising pixels or any other tracking. The only personal data we handle is what any web server must process to deliver a page, and whatever you choose to send us by email.

We have not appointed a data protection officer, as we are not required to. Please send all privacy questions to the email address above.

2. What we do not do

  • We set no cookies and use no localStorage, sessionStorage, IndexedDB or similar storage on your device.
  • We use no analytics, no advertising or remarketing pixels, no social-media plugins and no fingerprinting.
  • Our pages make no requests to third-party servers: fonts, images, styles and scripts are all served from toridon.online.
  • We have no contact form, accounts or newsletter, and we do not sell or share personal data with advertisers.

3. Server log files

When you visit a page, your browser automatically sends technical information that the web server records in a log file: your IP address, date and time of the request, the page or file requested, the HTTP status code and amount of data transferred, the referring page (if your browser sends it) and your browser's user-agent string.

  • Purpose: delivering the website, keeping it secure (for example detecting abuse or attacks) and fixing technical errors.
  • Legal basis: our legitimate interest in operating a secure website, Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
  • Retention: logs are rotated daily and automatically deleted after 14 days, unless a specific log entry is needed to investigate a security incident.
  • Recipients: the provider that hosts our server, acting on our behalf as a processor. We do not use logs to identify or profile visitors.

4. When you email us

If you write to info@toridon.online, we process your email address, name (if given), message and any data you include, in order to reply. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in answering enquiries, Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, or taking steps you request, Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. We keep correspondence for as long as needed to deal with your request and any follow-up, normally no longer than two years, unless we must keep it longer by law.

5. Partner links

Partner links lead first to our redirect page (/c/1/) and then to an external partner. If the address of the page you are reading contains campaign parameters (for example utm_source or gclid), our script copies them onto the partner link so the partner can attribute the visit. The script runs only in your browser; we do not store or receive these parameters, apart from their appearing in the requested address in our server logs (section 3).

Once you arrive on the partner's or the game publisher's website, their own privacy and cookie policies apply. They may set cookies there, and we have no control over that.

6. Transfers outside the EEA

We do not transfer personal data to countries outside the European Economic Area ourselves. Our pages load nothing from third-party services.

7. Automated decisions

We do not make automated decisions or create profiles about visitors.

8. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access your personal data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict its processing, to data portability, and to object to processing based on our legitimate interests. To exercise these rights, email info@toridon.online. We reply within one month, as the GDPR requires. Note that we usually cannot link a server-log entry to you unless you give us details such as your IP address and the time of your visit.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, in particular in your country of residence. In the Czech Republic this is the Office for Personal Data Protection (Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů), Pplk. Sochora 27, 170 00 Praha 7, uoou.gov.cz.

9. Children

This website is a general-audience information site. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

10. Changes

If our data practices change, for example if we ever added a tool that stores data on your device, we would update this policy and the cookie policy first and change the date above.
